There has been a notable increase in hospitalizations due to Right-Sided Infective Endocarditis (RSIE), affecting the endocardium and right chambers. With a rising incidence, ranging between 5-10%, and an approximate mortality rate of 6%, (RSIE) poses specific challenges in terms of diagnosis and treatment. Its atypical clinical presentation compared to left endocarditis and its therapeutic particularities underline the need for greater understanding.
