Digital Twin Technology (DTT) has emerged as a transformative force in various industries, enabling real-time simulation and decision-making. In corporate finance, its potential is largely untapped, yet it holds promise for revolutionizing strategic advisory and innovation. This review paper explores the applications, benefits, challenges, and future directions of DTT in the corporate finance sector. The study aims to establish a comprehensive understanding of how DTT can unlock new opportunities for strategic decision-making, risk management, and financial innovation.
