This research paper explores the differences in the quality of life (QoL) experienced by individuals in romantic relationships versus independent people. This study aims to assess the benefits and challenges associated with both relationship statuses by examining emotional well-being, social support, life satisfaction, and mental health. The study reviews relevant psychological theories, empirical studies, and surveys to determine how these life conditions affect overall happiness, self-perception, and social functioning. The findings show a significant positive correlation between romantic relationships and singlehood in terms of life satisfaction.
